By downloading, installing, or playing StageStar, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the game.

2. Using StageStar

We provide you with a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use StageStar for entertainment purposes.

• Not use the game for unlawful or commercial purposes.

3. Accounts and Access

• No account required: You can play anonymously without creating an account.
• If we add accounts later, you agree to provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for what happens when you play the game.

4. In-App Purchases

• StageStar offers optional in-app purchases.
• All purchases are handled by your app store (Apple, Google Play, etc.).
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Updates and Changes

We may update or change StageStar at any time, including adding or removing features, virtual items, or content. We may also modify these Terms, so check back from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in the game.

6. Player Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, or use unauthorized tools.
• Disrupt the game or interfere with other players.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Try to reverse engineer or modify the game.

We may suspend or ban players who violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All game content, including graphics, music, code, and design, belongs to us or our partners. You agree not to copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the game without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to StageStar at any time if you break these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the game. You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling the app.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

• StageStar is provided “as is”, without warranties.
• We do not guarantee the game will always work perfectly or on all devices.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages caused by your use of the game.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Hungary.
