c) Analytics and Usage Data:

We use Google Analytics to understand player behavior, such as:

d) Online Chart Participation:

StageStar’s Online Chart feature allows players to compete with others based on their in-game performance (streams, awards, and tour revenue). To participate, you must sign in using your Google or Apple account.

• When you sign in, we receive a unique user ID and basic account information to identify your account within StageStar.
• You must also choose a public username after logging in. This username will be visible on the online charts.
• Your email address and login credentials are not shared with other players, third parties, or even StageStar’s developers. They are only used for authentication through Google or Apple.
• If you do not log in, you can still play StageStar normally, but you will not participate in the online charts.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide core game functionality and features
• Improve gameplay, balance, and overall player experience
• Track in-game progress and restore purchases
• Monitor game performance and fix technical issues
• Analyze trends to help us make better design and business decisions
• Respond to player support inquiries
• Display your username and progress on the Online Chart leaderboard (if you are logged in)

We do not use your information for targeted advertising or sell your data to third parties.

3. In-App Purchases

StageStar offers optional in-app purchases. These are processed through your app store (such as Google Play or Apple App Store). We do not store any payment information. We only receive confirmation from the store that a purchase was successfully completed so we can deliver the corresponding in-game content.

4. Sharing Your Information

We may share limited data with trusted third parties, but only as necessary to operate StageStar:

• Google Analytics — for anonymous analytics
• Google / Apple — for authentication when you sign in to the Online Chart system
• Platform providers — to process purchases, bug reporting, and crash analytics
• Legal authorities — if required to comply with applicable laws or to protect our legal rights

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your email and account credentials obtained from Google or Apple login are never shared with anyone or used for any purpose other than verifying your login session.

5. Data Storage and Retention

We store gameplay and analytics data securely using industry-standard practices. We only retain your data for as long as necessary to:

• Provide services to you
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce our agreements

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Depending on your country, you may have rights regarding your data, including:

• Access and Correction: You can request access to the data we hold about you or ask us to correct inaccurate information.

• Parental Rights: Parents or guardians can contact us to review or delete data for players under 13.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

8. Children’s Privacy

StageStar is intended for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible. 9. International Users

If you are located outside of Europe, please be aware that your information may be processed and stored in Europe where our servers are located. By using StageStar, you consent to this processing.
